In one of its largest seasonal initiatives, Albadyh Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Aid in Hadramaut Governorate implemented the 1446 AH / 2025 AD Adhahi Project.
The project covered a wide range of Yemeni governorates and targeted the poorest and most needy groups of the population, through local partnerships and generous support from international organizations and philanthropists locally and abroad. A large-scale project : The project reached nine Yemeni governorates: Hadramaut, Ma’rib, Aden, Taiz, Lahj, Abyan, Shabwa, Al Dhale’e, and Al Hodeidah, in partnership with 24 local entities and institutions, making it a prominent model of collaborative and humanitarian work. Figures and data Number of beneficiary families: 41,088 families Number of beneficiary individuals: approximately 218,588 individuals Total of Adhahi : 2,446 Adhahi , distributed as follows: – 1,482 calves, – 957 sheep, – 7 camels Adhahi were slaughtered and distributed during the Eid and Tashriq days, under the direct supervision of the Foundation’s field teams, and in coordination with local partners to ensure they reach those who are in need for.
Mr. Adel Bin Selem, CEO of Albadyh Foundation, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the supporting organizations, most notably , the Humanitarian Relief Foundation (IHH), the Yemeni-German Association, and Humanitarian and Relief Association , in addition to philanthropists. He emphasized that the project was implemented in full coordination with relevant government agencies, social affairs offices, and the Executive Unit for Displaced Persons, targeting displaced persons, orphans, widows, and those with limited income. The impact exceeds Eid : The project isn’t only limited to meet the immediate needs of the beneficiary families; rather, it represented a message of human solidarity and consolidated Albadyh position as one of the most prominent organization active in providing seasonal projects.
Through this effort, the foundation was able to bring joy to thousands of families, proving that collaborative work can make an impact even in the most difficult circumstances.
