Under the supervision and coordination of AlBadyh, and funding WAMY, the start of the free medical camp for El-Ayoun

On the morning of Tuesday, the twenty-second of September 2020 AD, at the General Qutan Hospital in Hadramout Governorate, the work of the free medical camp, to remove white water and implant lenses, began, which is being held by WAMY – Yemen Office, during the period from 22-30 of September 2020 AD, At the General Qutan Hospital, and implemented by the Balsam Al Saada Medical Depot, through the field partner, Al badyh Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Work, in coordination with the General Qutan Hospital, during which 1500 cases will be examined, and 150 operations will be performed inside the hospital by a specialized medical staff, led by Dr. Ali bin Yahya, Ophthalmology Consultant.
During the inauguration, the Secretary General of the Local Council, Muhammad Belajam, praised such humanitarian programs that meet the needs of many citizens, appreciating the efforts of WAMY and al Badyh Foundation in establishing this specific camp, as well as its humanitarian and relief interventions.
For his part, a member of the Administrative Board of the Local Council, Haddad Al-Qahoum, praised the efforts of the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the relief and humanitarian aspects, and their funding of such health programs, hoping that WAMY intervene with such programs from time to time, to alleviate the suffering of people Because of the difficult living conditions.
In turn, the director of the directorate’s health office, Dr. Fathi Bahian, expressed his satisfaction with the camp, and the targeting of this specialization, calling for more camps in other fields and specialties, thanking the symposium and the evidence for that.
For his part, the Director of the General Qutan Hospital, Abdullah Al-Ay, expressed his happiness with the establishment of the camp, indicating that the arrangements and equipment to accommodate cases began early, pointing out that the inspection will last for three days, morning and evening, and then operations will take place inside the hospital, confirming that the hospital is ready To accommodate the cases that will be operated on
In turn, Professor Fahd Saeed Bamahfouz, supervisor of the seminar office in Mukalla, indicated that this camp comes within a number of camps that the symposium will hold in the governorates: Aden, Ma’rib, Taiz, Hodeidah and Hadramout, pointing to the symposium’s interventions in other humanitarian aspects, stressing that choosing a city Qutan, to establish the camp due to its geographical location, in the middle of the Hadramout Valley, to facilitate the target of the western regions of the valley, praising the role of AlBadyh and its good coordination, appreciating the efforts of the hospital administration and their remarkable cooperation.
For his part, during the opening, the head of AlBadyh Health Department, brother: Faiz Aliyu, thanked and appreciated WAMY for this human touch of the Qutan Directorate, which has been missing such interventions in recent years, hoping for more health interventions in the future … praising the level of coordination Good and cooperation from the hospital administration.
