ALBadyh Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Works – in Hadramout, concluded the Ten of Dhu al-Hijjah and Sacrifice Project for the year 1441, with a number of projects and programs that the Foundation implemented during the ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah 1441, benefiting more than (24,462) families, including (156,009) individuals, in 10 governorates They are: Hadramout, Marib, Aden, Lahj, Hajjah, Abyan, Taiz, Al Mahwit, Al Mahrah, and Al Hudaydah, with funding from a number of local, regional and international institutions and organizations, and in coordination and partnership with a number of civil society organizations and associations, as well as volunteer teams in the target governorates.
In a statement to Mr. Adel bin Salam, Executive Director of the Foundation, he praised the great support and interaction of local, regional and international organizations with the ten projects of Dhu al-Hijjah and sacrifice for this year 1441, extending his thanks and appreciation for their support for such projects that serve the needy families and the displaced, in the Yemeni governorates, and confirmed However, the Foundation has completed the implementation of 4 projects, within the ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah and sacrifice programs, which included: the food basket project, the cash aid project, the ten water project, and the sacrificial animal project, as (24,462) families benefited from these projects, including (156,009) members of the displaced families. And those with limited income, orphans and the needy, in order to meet their needs and alleviate their living suffering, and share the joys of the Eid, in light of the difficult living conditions that many families experience as a result of the ongoing war in the country.
In the food basket project, the Foundation distributed a number of food baskets, benefiting (236) families, including (1,102) individuals, in Marib and Hadramout governorates.
In the cash assistance project, the number of beneficiary families reached (198) families, including (1,411) individuals, in Marib and Hadramout governorates.
In the ten water project, the Foundation distributed a number of drinking water trucks (trucks), from which (810) families benefited, including (4,051) individuals, in Taiz governorate.
In the sacrifice project, the number of beneficiaries reached (23,218) families, including (149,445) individuals, in the governorates of Hadramout, Aden, Lahj, Hajjah, Abyan, Marib, Taiz, Al Mahwit, Al Mahrah and Al Hudaydah.
On his part, a number of the beneficiaries of these projects expressed their thanks and appreciation to the donors, and Al Badyh Foundation, for this generous gesture and their efforts to stand with them in the ten season of Dhu al-Hijjah 1441.
It is worth noting that Al Badyh Foundation implemented the ten programs of Dhu al-Hijjah and sacrifice, in light of the difficult living conditions that most regions of the Republic are going through, and the implementation of the sacrifice project for the year 1441 comes to establish the principle of social solidarity in society.
